IMPORTANT NOTICE

December 17, 2016

I have retired from EM practice and am not as current as I once was. If you know of medications that should be added OR REMOVED from this calculator, please send a message to:

pedcalc@otddi.com

In addition, there is only a finite time that I will be able to continue this website. With increasing use of computerized assisted ordering over the past several years, a PedCalc type utility is less important. However, it's still nice to see all of the important parameters for a specific patient on a single page or two. If you or your facility would like to set up your own PedCalc web page on your web server, you can download a zip file with the entire set of PHP scripts and the database from this link. This would give your administrative staff the ability to customize the content and printout appearance for your facility. This distribution is in the interest of better patient care. It is free -- there is no program charge or licensing fee.
